There’s a scene where the protagonist controls a demon and just wanders around killing weird faced children for example. Everything else is very explicit and very NSFW. Perhaps the tamest scene in the video is the butt physics.

Remember when we reported on Agony developer Madmind Studios having to cancel their planned patch that would unlock the uncensored version of the game? Madmind announced that they were going to release a video with the cut content. We will keep you updated on a mirror when available.
